That was quick and fun, even if I’m a little slow at getting the wrap up post on the blog!
Because this was picked up at a puzzle swap, we were more worried than we usually would be when we hadn’t found a piece yet. We even got to the end and there were two holes in the puzzle and no pieces, but as per, they were in the floor color side down, so we couldn’t see them.
We started with the border and struggled with it for a bit before realizing that we had some of the pieces in the wrong order. We had a similar issue in the grass where Clark thought he had found the right piece, but it wasn’t. It caused much confusion for a bit.
The pink flowers weren’t as difficult as I thought they would be. I enjoyed putting them together, and I had to laugh when I realized I was blowing the scale out of proportion. I was using a photo of the box lid to try and piece it together, which meant I was zoomed in close, which made me think there should be more flowers, and oh gosh, why aren’t there more flower pieces — this doesn’t make sense!
We’ll be sending this one back in the next puzzle swap for another family to enjoy. It’s perfect puzzling weather here in the midwest, and it’s only going to get colder the next couple days!
Stay Puzzled!
