Y’aaaaaaaaaalllllll.
This one was one that we could not crack. We spent all kinds of time on this one. Hours at night, random groups of time during the day, it just did not work.
The white border was harder than we expected given that our anniversary was printed on repeat in it. Though the cuts were all seemingly chopping the date in different spots, the spacing between each repetition and size of the text made it nearly impossible to put the border together.
Since that was so difficult, we tried matching up our names, any of the people, the trees, anything to help us get a grasp on this puzzle. Nothing worked. The print made all the colors look the same! It was like trying to piece together a green blob! We think it was a combination of design and lack of solid fit of the pieces that made this such an impossible one.
We’ve learned a lot about design since this puzzle was created, so it’s crazy to see the before and after of our experience.
